Care Dx has been a supporting sponsor since our first event in 2015. They have continued to support our Heroes ball and all fundraisers and were honored as an Ava’s Heart Hero in 2016. They were our first Patron to sponsor a room in our healing house and continue to do so. Care Dx has sponsored our scholarship program. Care Dx is our partner in transplant care. It is an honor to be the first to tell patients about them when they come and stay at our house. We promote what they do and it is an honor to speak at their town halls and to be a Care Dx ambassador.
Scholarship Program
In 2019 Ava’s Heart began a scholarship program for transplant teens. CareDx was the first to sponsor the program. Meet our CareDx fellows who each received $5,000.
