OneLegacy is the Organ, Eye, and Tissue recovery program for the Greater Los Angeles, 7 County Southern California region of 20 million people, 220 hospitals, 10 organ transplant centers, and thousands of tissue transplanting Surgeons, Dentists, and Ophthalmologists.

Our Purpose
OneLegacy helps nearly 4,000 individuals and families to Donate Life each year to save the lives of more than 1,600 organ transplant recipients and enable the healing of over 200,000 bone, cornea, skin, and heart valve recipients.

OneLegacy saves and heals lives through organ, eye and tissue donation, comforts the families we serve, and inspires our communities to Donate Life.
